Tourist
	Indonesia Tourist visa is now available on arrival or to take in Mumbai following documents is require. Passport, 2 Visa Forms, 2 recent Colour photos and Typed & detail covering letter with profile on Company's letterhead. Forex USD 1000 each pax or Credit Card copy, return confirm ticket.
Business
	All business visa require Ministry approval from Indonesia, invitation directly fax to the consulate.
Employment & long stay
	Message should come to Consulate directly from Immigration Department in Indonesia. All employment visa submission must carry Xerox copies of passengers Degree OR Diploma Certificates, Employment Contract Papers, Work-experience Certificates & Marriage Certificate in the case of joining husband OR traveling together.

	Indonesia Visa forms need to be signed by the pax in BLUE INK only / 2 forms per pax. Forms can be found at www.Kjrimumbai.net
Social Visits
	Any person visiting there families for upto two months requires Ministry Approval copy from Indonesia (Just with invitation from relatives is not valid to issue the visa, they must approach Ministry from Jakarta for Ministry approval) All above catagories residence and mobile number of passengers is compulsory to be written on the covering letter and all letters must be typed written.
