This morning, see South
Africa’s magnificent sights, on the full day cape
point tour.
Tour the ruggedly beautiful Cape Peninsula. Drive to
Hout Bay and join a launch cruise to view seals and
cormorants. The Chapman’s Peak Drive is next and
onto the promontory at the Cape of Good Hope.
Continue to Boulders Beach and visit its colony of
penguins before a stop at the naval port of Simon’s
Town. Tour the Groot Constantia and Kirstenbosch
Gardens.

Today, you drive to Oudtshoorn.
Visit an Ostrich Farm, see the natural wonder of
Cango Caves and the Cango Wildlife Ranch.
Oudtshoorn, on the edge of the Garden Route renowned
as the ‘feather capital of the world’! Visit an
Ostrich Farm for some unique experiences including
Ostrich racing and also riding one. Continue to the
Cango Caves, with one of the world’s greatest
limestone formations. End the tour at the Cango
Wildlife Ranch famous for its Cheetah conservation
programme.

Your odyssey down the
beautiful Garden Route begins! enjoy an optional
steam train journey on the Outeniqua Choo-Tjoe.
In the evening, enjoy a sunset cruise on the Knysna
Lagoon.
In the centre of the Garden Route is lovely Knysna,
with its entrance to the sea guarded by two
promontories known as the ‘Heads’. A town prettily
sitting between the impressive Outeniqua Mountains
and the Indian Ocean, it is renowned for its beer
and world-class oysters. In the evening, enjoy a
cruise on the Knysna Lagoon on board the John Benn.

gold being poured and take a trip down an old mine
shaft. Watch tribal dancing and experience
Johannesburg in the Gold Rush era. Try your luck at
